PRIVATE 12-WEEK COACHING
Some patterns need more than one clear conversation. They need time, practice, and supported change.
Recognition shows you the pattern. Director’s Cut gives you time and support to practise a different way of living.
You may understand what needs to change and still find yourself returning to the same pace, pressures, and decisions.
Director’s Cut is a private 12-week coaching programme for people who are ready to move beyond recognising fragmentation and begin changing how they live, steward, and work.
Through the Clapperboard Method, you will examine the present scene, clarify what matters, practise integration across Worship, Wealth, and Work, and prepare for the season that follows the programme.
Programme details
FROM CLARITY TO INTEGRATION
Knowing what needs to change does not always make change easy to sustain.
You may have had moments of clarity before.
You decided to protect your health, create better boundaries, make time for God, repair a relationship, or stop allowing work to consume everything else.
Then ordinary life returned.
The demands did not disappear. Familiar expectations remained. Urgent responsibilities began replacing important intentions, and the changes you meant to make became difficult to hold.
This does not always mean you lacked commitment. It may mean the pattern was deeper than one decision and needed more support than one moment of clarity could provide.
Director’s Cut gives you a defined period in which to:
The goal is not one impressive breakthrough. It is a more integrated way of responding when life becomes demanding again.
A BEGINNING, A SUPPORTED PROCESS, AND A CLEAR CLOSE
Each part of the programme has a distinct purpose.
Opening Slate
90-minute opening session
The Opening Slate establishes the foundation for the 12 weeks.
You and Ndidi will explore the present scene, clarify what brought you to coaching, identify important patterns and connections, and begin defining the work that needs attention.
Five private coaching sessions
Five 60-minute sessions across the programme
These sessions support the movement from Recognition and Clarity into Integration and Practice.
Depending on your needs, the work may include:
- examining patterns and beliefs;
- clarifying priorities;
- making decisions;
- establishing boundaries;
- preparing for important conversations;
- practising the Clapperboard Method;
- reviewing what happened between sessions;
- adjusting plans and actions;
- reconnecting Worship, Wealth, and Work.
The programme remains responsive to your circumstances rather than forcing every client through an identical conversation.
Final Cut
75-minute closing session
The Final Cut helps you review the programme, recognise what has changed, identify what still requires attention, and prepare for continued practice.
You will leave with a personalised 90-day continuation plan for the season after the active coaching programme.
Follow-up
One 30-day follow-up check-in
Thirty days after the programme ends, you and Ndidi will review how the continuation plan is progressing, what has been sustained, and what may need adjustment.
The Opening Slate establishes the scene. The coaching sessions support the work. The Final Cut prepares you to continue.
COACHING THAT CONTINUES INTO ORDINARY LIFE
The important questions do not always arrive while you are sitting in a coaching session.
Director’s Cut includes structured support between scheduled sessions so that you can reflect on what is happening while you practise new decisions and rhythms.
Weekly check-ins
Brief weekly check-ins help you:
- notice progress;
- name what has become difficult;
- remain accountable to agreed actions;
- identify what needs attention in the next coaching conversation.
Private WhatsApp coaching chats
During the active 12-week programme, you will have private one-to-one WhatsApp coaching chats with Ndidi.
The chats may be used for:
- brief clarification;
- weekly check-ins;
- accountability;
- redirection when you feel stuck;
- identifying an issue to explore more deeply in the next session.
Responses are provided within one to two business days.
Private WhatsApp coaching chats are available only during the active 12-week programme. They are not an emergency, crisis-response, or unlimited coaching service.
The Complete Wholeness Collection
You will receive the Complete Wholeness Collection to support Recognition, Clarity, Integration, and Practice throughout and beyond the programme.
A deeper facilitated Clarity Map
You and Ndidi will work through a deeper facilitated version of The Whole-Life Clarity Map as part of the coaching process.
Wholeness Embracers
You will receive ongoing access to Wholeness Embracers, TWL’s Telegram community for implementation, encouragement, and connection.
Wholeness Embracers does not provide continued private coaching after Director’s Cut ends.
READINESS AND FIT
Director’s Cut is for people who are ready to participate in the work, not hand their lives over to a coach.
Director’s Cut may be a good fit if:
- fragmentation is affecting several areas of your life;
- one coaching session is unlikely to provide enough support;
- you recognise a pattern that has been difficult to change alone;
- you are ready to examine beliefs, expectations, habits, and boundaries;
- you want faith-rooted coaching across Worship, Wealth, and Work;
- you are willing to reflect and take practical action between sessions;
- you want accountability without surrendering responsibility for your choices;
- you are prepared to commit to a 12-week process.
Director’s Cut may not be the right fit if:
- you want someone else to make your decisions;
- you are looking for a quick formula or guaranteed outcome;
- you are unwilling to reflect or practise between sessions;
- you need emergency, crisis, medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial intervention;
- you require a level of support that falls outside the boundaries of private coaching.

Your coach
Ndidi Ngwuluka is a Certified Life Coach and Certified Professional Christian Coach. She is the creator of the 3 Ws Framework, the Clapperboard Model™, and the Clapperboard Method.
Her approach combines faith-rooted reflection, whole-life awareness, relevant questioning, practical action, and personal responsibility.
Coaching boundaries
Director’s Cut is a coaching programme. It does not provide:
- therapy or mental-health treatment;
- medical diagnosis or care;
- emergency or crisis support;
- legal, tax, investment, or personalised financial advice;
- a substitute for pastoral care;
- a guarantee of a particular personal, health, financial, relational, or professional outcome.
Where an issue falls outside the appropriate scope of coaching, you may be encouraged to seek support from a suitably qualified professional.
BEGIN WITH FIT
A private coaching programme should begin with more than a payment button.
Director’s Cut is application-led because the depth of the programme requires mutual clarity about readiness, expectations, and fit.
The application process
1
Submit your application
Tell us what has brought you to Director’s Cut, what you hope to address, and why this feels like the right time.
2
Application review
Your application will be reviewed to determine whether the programme appears appropriate for your current needs.
3
Fit conversation
If the programme appears potentially suitable, you will be invited to a private fit conversation with Ndidi.
This conversation allows both of you to clarify expectations, ask questions, and decide whether working together is appropriate.
4
Private programme details
If fit is established, you will receive the programme investment, payment options, terms, and an available start date privately.
Submitting an application does not require you or Ndidi to proceed.
Rolling enrolment
Director’s Cut accepts applications on a rolling basis.
To protect the depth of the coaching relationship, Ndidi works with a maximum of four active Director’s Cut clients at a time. If the programme is suitable but no place is immediately available, you may be offered a private waitlist.
Apply for Director’s Cut
If the form does not load, open the application in a new tab.
If you need one focused conversation rather than a 12-week process:
You do not need to perform readiness. The application is where we determine it together.
